CTEC Up-to-date list of all Disciplinary Actions taken against a CRTP
Beginning July, 1, 2019, CTEC is now required to list all Disciplinary Actions taken against a CRTP.
Disciplinary Actions include:
Probation (Preparer has been place on Probation, with specific terms and conditions)
Suspension (Registration has been Suspended and CRTP cannot continue to prepare taxes)
Revocation (Registration has been Revoked and CRTP cannot continue to prepare taxes)
