Reset Your Password

Need to reset your password? 

Enter your User ID or your CTEC ID below and click "Send Password Reset Email".  An email will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your User Account. This email will include instructions and a link to view your User ID and create a new password.  This is a system-generated email, if you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes make sure to check your spam folder.  

NOTE:  You must have created a new User Account before you are able to reset your password.  If you have not yet created a new account, please return to the login page and enter your Last Name and Last six digits of your SSN to create a new CTEC User Account.
